OUR GUARANTEE
We truly do strive to do our best work on each and every boat. However, we know that mistakes will be made every now and then or we might miss something. These things happen to the best of detailers. Our guarantee is that we will be happy to come back out and take care of what we missed. If it's within 5 consecutive days of when we originally did the work, we don't charge anything extra for coming back out and spending more time on your boat. However, if it has been more than 5 days, there will be a partial or full charge for the extra time it takes to do the work. We do this because we all know that the weather and other factors can make a boat dirty again quickly and the sooner we can get back to your boat, the better for both of us.
Mishaps: If we know that we broke something on your boat or caused some sort of damage, we will pay for the repair or replacement. If we do not believe we caused the damage, we require proof of our wrongdoing before we’ll agree to pay for damages or replacements.
