Terms of Service
Guarantees and Refunds
Deckhand Detailing is a full service boat cleaning and detailing company
that offers dependable service and complete customer satisfaction! If for
any reason you are not satisfied with our service in any way, we will return
immediately to rectify the problem. If, after re-doing the work, you are
still not satisfied with the quality of our services, you will have seven
(7) days from the time your credit card is billed to contact us for a full
refund.
Payment
We request 50% of the job total at the time we start working on your boat.
We will only request the remaining 50% at the time you give us your final
approval on our work. We accept credit cards, cash and checks. At times,
depending on the amount of the job or situation, we may request a credit
card number for a deposit. We will not charge anything to the credit card
until we are finished with the job, at which time we will ask how you would
like to pay.
Pricing
Our cleaning services are charged by the length of your boat (by the foot)
rather than by the hour. This way, you don't have to worry if we end up
taking longer than we first estimated - you will still get the same quality
work from us at the rate we agree upon before we start the job.
Privacy Policy
All information submitted through our web site or provided to us in person,
by phone, by fax, or electronically will be kept strictly confidential and
will only be used by Deckhand Detailing for business purposes. No customer
information will be given or sold to any third party group or company.
